I went to Pizza Hut with my friends and my sister because we always like to go and hangout, but this time I left in a rage. While we were eating and enjoying our meal, having a few laughs, our waitress comes out and tells us there has been a complaint about the restaurant smelling like weed. She assumes it was us because "we were the youngest people there" (even though there were five year olds across the room) and tells us not to come in "next time." Upon hearing this, I felt rattled and was enraged that this place would treat its best customers in such a manner, and I can confidently say that I will not be returning to this location any time soon if not ever.
Service was good food not so much
Mishaps happen, great customer service doesn’t...tonight you went above and beyond for a simple whoops. Way to go , Morgan and staff!
I'm very impressed! As my children and I waited for there personal pan pizzas the earned from the reading reward program the employee nicely gave my three children quarters for the prize machine! To keep them occupied while they waited for there pizzas!
